Relate to lead. It's a really cool thing. Relationship is friendship and friendship is the highest form of leadership. That's why HOGC leaders are so different compared to the rest of the church leaders around the world. HOGC leaders have developed true friendship with pastors and that's why they are so great now. Pastor Lia once said that the friends we make determines who we are and that's why the stronger the relationship we have with our leaders, the better the replica of our leaders we become.
